Our industrial, charming, wooden terrace is surrounded by a little garden, trees and is directly located on the Spree, with a little dock accessing the river.

The terrace has two levels, one is down by the river and the other is a cosy terrace area with a roof and direct access to the panorama room. The roof is equipped with lights.

The cosy seating furniture is included in the rent.

This space is perfect for film and photo shoots that are looking for a unique, industrial charm with direct access to water.
