This boat house is a charming event and shooting space in Berlin. The spacious room with maritime charm expands the many possibilities on the area. During the day, the wooden beams allow the outside light to shine through the cast-iron floor-to-ceiling windows and the heavy corrugated iron ceiling, while the lighting and the disco ball create a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
The boat house is furnished with rustic tables, benches and chairs that can be placed in different formations to your liking.
The spacious hall offers space for 60 to 90 people, depending on the seating. A small retro bar, a reception desk and a cloakroom area are also included. A sound system for suitable background music is also integrated. Companies with up to 90 people can now book the boat house as a weatherproof indoor option for their event.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
