This Bungalow is an original 70’s home with a futuristic touch. One of the last houses made of fibreglass reinforced plastic and a concrete substructure with rounded edges and corners.
Inside, raw concrete, white monolithic epoxy flooring and big windows that allow the light to flood the 70m2 space. With a total of 120m2 on both stories, one of the highlights aside from its unique architecture, is the fact that it can be arranged with great ease to adapt to the envisioned production. The fabric-covered wall elements are fixed by magnets and the cabinets are on wheels and can be used as partitions. The puristic cantilever concrete staircase has a brown plexiglass railing and is also demountable.
The space maintains original furnishings from the 70’s and can be rented together with the progressive Haus Bold making way for all kinds of idiosyncratic photoshoots and productions. Also available to host your next event.
