Sviluppato su due piani, il livello d'ingresso è composto da due grandi open-space interconnessi con finestre panoramiche verso la collina toscana; una camera/studio più riservata con bagno privato si trova al loro fianco. Il livello sottostante è il "luogo inaspettato": una spa/piscina ipogea che ricorda le terme romane.
All'ingresso, il primo open-space ospita una cucina completamente attrezzata, una zona pranzo e un salotto panoramico. Un'antica porta in muratura di 1 metro di spessore conduce a un'area più riservata composta da una camera da letto/studio e dal suo bagno privato.
Il secondo open-space comprende una camera da letto principale con un letto king-size al centro, un'ulteriore zona salotto, un bagno principale e uno spogliatoio/ripostiglio; vetrate da parete a parete e da pavimento a soffitto dividono questo spazio dalla loggia dell'appartamento'una terrazza coperta con vista a 180° sul paesaggio circostante e sulle Colline di Da Vinci. Le finestre possono essere completamente aperte nella stagione calda, fondendo interno, esterno e paesaggio in un unico spazio, massimizzando il rapporto del loft'con il suo ambiente naturale.
Tra le due ali, una scala nascosta conduce sorprendentemente al piano inferiore, dove si trova la parte più antica dell'edificio: una spa privata con una piscina sotterranea e una sala per la doccia a pioggia sotto soffitti a volta in muratura.
La spa/piscina è privata e vi si accede solo dalla zona giorno al piano superiore.
La temperatura dell'acqua e l'illuminazione possono essere regolate a piacere. Le sedute subacquee consentono di sdraiarsi, festeggiare o rilassarsi nell'area idromassaggio all'estremità della piscina.
Progettato per rafforzare il senso di mistero e di scoperta, nonché la sua privacy, il livello sotterraneo può essere completamente isolato dalle stanze al piano superiore. Una gigantesca trappola a pavimento retrattile, a filo del pavimento della camera da letto padronale'può essere aperta a piacimento da un sistema meccanico su misura che incorpora senza soluzione di continuità un'estetica industriale nell'antica muratura in mattoni e malta. Oltre a massimizzare la versatilità dell'intero spazio, il sistema cinetico ha anche lo scopo di introdurre un elemento di gioco e di sorpresa: il pavimento improvvisamente ruota e si inclina verso l'alto grazie a una manovella azionata a mano e collegata al pavimento tramite una serie di ingranaggi personalizzati, così fluidi e leggeri che anche un bambino potrebbe maneggiarli con facilità.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
