El Location, que data del siglo XV, es una elegante villa renacentista situada en las espectaculares colinas de Florencia, a un tiro de piedra de la ciudad.
La villa se encuentra al final de un camino bordeado de cipreses en las colinas del sur de Florencia e inmersa en el espectacular paisaje que rodea la famosa ciudad. Su ubicación, a sólo diez minutos en coche de la ciudad, pero ofreciendo todas las ventajas, el confort y la belleza de una residencia de campo, es uno de sus puntos verdaderamente únicos. La distribución de la villa es la típica de las villas aristocráticas renacentistas. Se articula en torno a un patio pavimentado, rodeado de jardines formales y situado en un paisaje agrícola productivo. La villa en sí mide 1.000 metros cuadrados y tiene capacidad para catorce huéspedes en siete dormitorios.
La villa se encuentra en un parque de once hectáreas rodeado de un paisaje toscano por excelencia de olivares y colinas onduladas y pintorescas. Más allá del olivar hay un lago que abastece de agua a la fauna y a los jardines de la propiedad. Dado el tamaño del parque, hay varios puntos de aterrizaje adecuados para los huéspedes que lleguen en helicóptero. La villa está rodeada por dos hermosos y tranquilos jardines. Por un lado está el Jardín Porcinai, donde se encuentra la piscina, que lleva el nombre del famoso paisajista y diseñador de jardines Pietro Porcinai. Al otro lado de la villa se encuentra el jardín de cedros, que debe su nombre al cedro del Líbano de 300 años de antigüedad que constituye el punto central del jardín.
La villa cuenta con todo el personal necesario para ofrecer a los huéspedes el máximo confort durante su estancia. Los huéspedes estarán bien atendidos por la pareja residente de limpieza, el chef y el servicio de conserjería que ofrece asistencia las 24 horas del día.

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
