Nos encontramos con muchos espacios únicos en Berlín, como en todas partes, pero éste es uno de los lofts más impresionantes de la ciudad que hemos visto hasta ahora, y no sólo el estudio en sí, sino también la historia que hay detrás y el amor que se ha puesto en este espacio, lo hacen muy especial. Se dice que la ciudad construyó un puente a la isla sólo para Klappert y los artistas que residen en el edificio. El loft, antiguamente una fábrica, está en medio de Berlín, pero totalmente aislado, en una pequeña isla de Nonnendammm.
El estudio tiene 600 metros cuadrados, adornado como está por el propietario y sus amigos artistas, el loft industrial tiene suelos de madera, muebles vintage, grandes ventanas de fábrica, visibles en la mayoría de las puertas, así como en la terraza acristalada, de las estanterías de libros artesanales del suelo al techo y delante de la ventana hay una pila de agua poco profunda, que casi te da la sensación de estar en una especie de monasterio, si no fuera por la mesa de billar y el equipo de música vintage que hay junto a la pila. Todo el lugar te deja totalmente asombrado.
Al entrar, es difícil no quedarse impresionado por la amplitud del espacio y su mobiliario único. Incluso el cuarto de baño le dejará sin palabras y, si le resulta familiar, le contaremos un pequeño secreto: aquí se rodó la película alemana "Keinohrhasen". ¿Quién será el próximo?

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
