Die Villa befindet sich am Ende einer von Zypressen gesäumten Auffahrt auf den südlichen Hügeln von Florenz und ist eingebettet in die spektakuläre Landschaft, die die berühmte Stadt umgibt. Die Lage, nur zehn Autominuten von der Stadt entfernt, aber mit allen Vorzügen, dem Komfort und der Schönheit eines schönen Landsitzes, ist einer der wirklich einzigartigen Punkte. Der Grundriss der Villa ist typisch für aristokratische Villen der Renaissance. Sie ist um einen gepflasterten Hof herum angelegt, umgeben von formalen Gärten und eingebettet in eine produktive Agrarlandschaft. Die Villa selbst misst 1.000 Quadratmeter und bietet in sieben Schlafzimmern Platz für bis zu vierzehn Gäste.
Die Villa liegt in einem elf Hektar großen Park, umgeben von einer typisch toskanischen Landschaft mit Olivenhainen und sanften, malerischen Hügeln. Hinter dem Olivenhain befindet sich ein See, der die Tiere und die Gärten des Anwesens mit Wasser versorgt. Angesichts der Größe des Parks gibt es mehrere geeignete Landeplätze für Gäste, die mit dem Hubschrauber anreisen. Die Villa ist von zwei schönen und ruhigen Gärten umgeben. Auf der einen Seite liegt der Porcinai-Garten, in dem sich der Swimmingpool befindet, der nach dem berühmten Landschafts- und Gartengestalter Pietro Porcinai benannt ist. Auf der anderen Seite der Villa liegt der Zederngarten, benannt nach der 300 Jahre alten Libanon-Zeder, die den Mittelpunkt des Gartens bildet.
Die Villa ist komplett mit Personal ausgestattet und bietet den Gästen maximalen Komfort während ihres Aufenthalts. Die Gäste werden von dem ansässigen Haushälterinnenpaar, dem Koch und dem Concierge-Service, der rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung steht, gut bedient.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
