Das Haus liegt in den Hügeln oberhalb der Küstenstraße von Valldemossa/Deia und ist über einen gepflasterten "Camino" oder eine schmale Straße zu erreichen, die sich durch einen alten Olivenhain hinaufwindet. Das Haus verfügt über fünf Doppelschlafzimmer und drei Bäder und bietet Platz für maximal zehn Gäste. Es gibt zwei Empfangssäle, von denen einer früher als Olivenpresse oder 'Tafona' diente, und ein kleineres Wohnzimmer mit Satellitenfernsehen. Es gibt einen Kamin, ideal für die kälteren Monate, und eine voll ausgestattete, geräumige Küche. Alle Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss führen auf eine Terrasse mit Meerblick, von der aus man Zugang zum Infinity-Pool hat. Perfekt zum Sonnenbaden, Frühstücken oder für Drinks bei Sonnenuntergang zum Klang der Schafsglocken, die von den terrassenförmig angelegten Hügeln herüberklingen. Die gewölbte Pergola mit Grillplatz ist perfekt für ein Mittagessen im Schatten oder ein Abendessen. Eine ideale Umgebung für Naturliebhaber.

Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
