Das Anwesen verfügt über 2 große Wohnzimmer auf der Vorderseite des Anwesens. Auf der Rückseite ist eine große offene Küche, Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Dieser Raum hat große, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Glasfenster im Crittall-Stil und Türen zum Garten. Die Immobilie ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass dieser Raum den ganzen Tag über mit natürlichem Licht durchflutet wird. Der Garten auf der Rückseite bietet viel Platz, falls weitere Beleuchtungsanlagen für Dreharbeiten benötigt werden.
Das Haus ist voller Originaldetails aus der viktorianischen Ära, die durch einige industrielle Elemente ergänzt wurden. Viele der Zimmer haben freiliegende Ziegel und holzgetäfelte Wände. Es gibt Stahlsäulen und Kamine, Betonböden und Arbeitsplatten sowie blaue Ziegelböden. Alle Decken sind 10 Fuß hoch, was ein echtes Gefühl von Raum und Licht vermittelt. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich ein Raum mit doppelter Höhe und einem Balkon mit Blick auf diesen Raum. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine riesige, gewölbte Decke mit sichtbaren Balken und enthält den Balkon im Zwischengeschoss.
Zugang
Das Anwesen verfügt über eine Einfahrt, die groß genug für mehrere Fahrzeuge ist. Es gibt auch viele kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße. Es gibt 2 Zugänge: über die Vordertür und über ein Seitentor, das Zugang zur Terrasse und zur Rückseite des Hauses bietet. Beide Türen sind groß genug für Ausrüstung und Requisiten.

Beide Eingänge sind groß und ermöglichen einen einfachen Zugang zur Ausrüstung. Es gibt viel Platz für die Lagerung von Ausrüstung und Requisiten über Nacht, falls erforderlich.
Hausrat
Das gesamte Mobiliar und der Inhalt des Hauses sind beweglich, um Platz für Ausrüstung oder Kulissen zu schaffen. Bei Bedarf können auch Gegenstände als Requisiten verwendet werden.

Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
