Mit seinen strahlend weißen Fassaden, die mit übergroßen Vögeln bemalt sind, ist das Anwesen eine kreative Kombination aus alten Steinen und schlichtem, modernem Wohnen. Drei Doppelschlafzimmer (mit eigenem Bad) befinden sich in der ursprünglichen Lamia und zwei neuen Gebäuden, und der Trullo mit Kuppel, dessen Tuffsteinwände unverputzt sind, dient als gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Das Innendesign des Hauses in Schwarz- und Brauntönen steht im Kontrast zu den weiß getünchten Außenwänden - ein Detail, das dem Haus Erwähnungen in Elle Decoration Korea (2016) und Elle Decoration Italia (2015) einbrachte.
Die tief rostrote Erde Apuliens inspirierte den rauen, elementaren Poolbereich des Anwesens, in dem ein 15 Meter langer Swimmingpool in den Olivenhain mündet, dessen blaues Wasser und irdene Umgebung sich deutlich von den weiß getünchten Wänden des Hauses abhebt. Eine Dachterrasse, die über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen ist, bietet einen Blick auf die rustikale, mit Steinen übersäte Region mit ihren Hügeln und Feldern, auf denen sich Oliven und Zitrusfrüchte winden.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
