Der Palazzo wurde um die Jahrhundertwende von einer salentinischen Familie erbaut und war bis in die 1980er Jahre bewohnt. Die heutigen Eigentümer, die Familie Gargiso, erwarben den Palazzo 2018, restaurierten ihn sorgfältig und mit Liebe zur historischen Substanz und fügten zurückhaltend moderne Elemente hinzu. Die Fenster des Palazzos an der Fassade des Hauses erinnern an die maurisch-orientalische Zeit in Apulien. Im Inneren strahlen die hohen Räume mit traditionellen Sterngewölben Großzügigkeit und Weitläufigkeit aus. Blickfang der Wohnräume sind die schönen, handgefertigten Zement- und Terrazzoböden mit ihren antiken Mustern, die aufwendig restauriert wurden und nun in neuem Glanz erstrahlen.
Bei der Inneneinrichtung ließen sich die Besitzer vom Stil der 1930er bis 1950er Jahre inspirieren, jedes Möbelstück ist ein Unikat, liebevoll restauriert oder von italienischen Handwerkern gefertigt. Die antiken Böden wurden aufwendig restauriert, Fußboden- oder Wandheizungen sorgen auch in den kühleren Monaten für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Im Sommer sorgt nicht nur der Wind für angenehme Kühle, sondern auch die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen.

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
