Das 25hours Hotel The Circle befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der City entfernt in einer spektakulären Rotunde im Herzen Kölns. Für das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude inmitten des Friesenviertels entwickelte das Berliner Kreativteam von Studio Aisslinger unter der Leitung von Innenarchitekt Werner Aisslinger in Zusammenarbeit mit 25hours ein Gestaltungskonzept zum Thema Retro-Futurismus. Die großzügige Haupthalle, in der einst die Versicherten des Gerling-Konzerns ihre Beiträge zahlten, beherbergt heute ein einladendes Café und Co-Working Spaces zum stressfreien Arbeiten und Entspannen. Die 207 Zimmer sind urbane Rückzugsorte mit kontrastreichen Themen - verspielter Retrostil trifft auf fantasievolle Zukunftsutopien. Das Herzstück des 25hours Hotel The Circle sind das Restaurant NENI und die Monkey Bar im 8. Stock mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf den Kölner Dom
Der separate Tagungs- und Veranstaltungsbereich bietet ausreichend Platz für Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 100 Personen in vier Räumen. Durch flexible Wände kann der große Veranstaltungsraum Space Unit mit einer Gesamtfläche von 124 qm auf Wunsch in zwei Konferenzräume unterteilt werden. Darüber hinaus sind zwei kleinere, farbig verspiegelte Räume ideal für Besprechungen mit bis zu 10 Personen oder als Breakout-Räume. Das Foyer ist für Pausen geeignet und verfügt über Sitzkabinen, die ein ungestörtes Arbeiten ermöglichen.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
