reviewing and managing Member applications and profiles,

providing concierge, scouting, management, and consulting services,
invoicing, payment processing, and accounting,
customer support and platform communication,
compliance with legal and regulatory obligations,
safeguarding the security and integrity of the platform.
PLUSH74 processes personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:
performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures,
legitimate interests of PLUSH74 (e.g. platform operation, security, fraud prevention),
consent, where explicitly obtained,
legal obligations under Swiss or applicable foreign law.

Members and Clients (to enable bookings and communication),

affiliated companies within the PLUSH74 group (in particular Plush74 Germany GmbH).
All processors are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with PLUSH74’s instructions and applicable law.
