The Relais is a small village turned into a 27-apartment boutique hotel with a reception, restaurant, professional kitchen, tennis court, swimming pool, and over 25 acres of land with olive groves. Located on a hill with panoramic views, it is surrounded by the typical green countryside of Umbria.
Built following the rolling hills of the terrain, it offers a beautiful view of the cultivated fields, olive groves, vineyards, and surrounding villages.
It is ideal as a starting point for tourist and food and wine itineraries in central Italy, located in a central position to the main historic centers of Umbria, including Todi (25 km) and Perugia (26 km), both reachable in less than half an hour by car, or Assisi (44 km) and Spoleto (46 km), 40 minutes away.
Both Rome (150 km) and Florence (170 km) are less than two hours' drive away, thanks to the E45 highway, just 6 km from the property.
The Relais consists of 27 independent apartments divided into studios (approx. 50 sqm), three-room apartments (approx. 75 sqm), and four-room apartments (approx. 100 sqm), all independent, with private outdoor space (terrace, courtyard, or garden) and fully furnished.

The two-story farmhouse (building 3) serves as the reception, restaurant with a magnificent porch, industrial kitchen, and bathrooms on the ground floor, and three apartments with a terrace on the first floor. Access to the property is via a dirt road for a few hundred meters, surrounded by a lush green forest.
The Relais is fully fenced and has various areas for guest relaxation, including a swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area, barbecue area, ping pong, and bocce court. There are pedestrian and bike paths for long walks all around.
