Open sky in every direction and an unobstructed 360° panorama: the West Berlin skyline, a sea of red-tiled Altbau roofs and green copper church spires on the other. The surface is large-format light concrete tiling. A bright, neutral bounce that works well for beauty, fashion and product shoots.
The terrace reads as a clean, contemporary open-air set. Lounge furniture (grey outdoor sofas, green bistro high tables and stools, gas grill) can stay in frame or be removed entirely for an empty deck. A white vertical steel railing runs around the full perimeter and is visible in most wide shots. It is a fixed structural element and cannot be removed.
Weather cover: the 4th floor directly below can be booked alongside the terrace as a covered fallback and base. 160 m² of daylight loft with an exposed coffered concrete ceiling, design kitchen, meeting room and lounge. Recommended for any production with a fixed shoot date.
Suitable for: fashion & advertising campaigns, commercials, editorial, lifestyle and beverage shoots, drone and skyline plates, interviews, brand events, launches, receptions, sundowners, yoga and outdoor classes.
Infrastructure: elevator to the 4th floor, then a short flight of 10 stairs to the terrace. No elevator to roof level.
