La grande camera da letto principale di ispirazione zen ha un letto king-size e una porta scorrevole che si apre sul cortile. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e una splendida luce naturale. La terza camera da letto è perfetta per contenere i talenti, i capelli/il trucco/il guardaroba e per riporre l'attrezzatura, e comprende uno scaffale avvolgibile, senza soluzione di continuità e un vaporizzatore commerciale. Può anche essere trasformata in una stanza qualsiasi perché è vuota. È presente anche un ufficio completamente allestito, completo di divano rosa.
Il bagno padronale è dotato di vasca a immersione, doppio lavabo e cabina doccia in vetro. I due bagni degli ospiti sono entrambi dotati di doccia. Il bagno di servizio ha i piani di lavoro in marmo originali.
Il lotto di 10.000 metri quadrati è paesaggistico con un enorme pino nella parte anteriore.
Il proprietario della casa è un produttore che comprende i rigori della produzione per rendere le riprese il più semplice possibile. Ulteriori opzioni di allestimento, forniture per la cucina, elettrodomestici, decorazioni e mobili sono disponibili senza costi aggiuntivi.
Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
