1. Client Fees

When a Client books a location through PLUSH74, no additional fees are generally charged on top of the location rental. This policy applies to all bookings made through the Plush Chatroom or for most event requests, unless otherwise specified.

If a Client books a location after engaging the PLUSH74 scouting service, a Client Fee of twenty percent (20%) may be applied on top of the rental to compensate for the tailor-made service. This fee covers the services, support, and assistance provided by PLUSH74 to ensure a smooth and successful booking experience.

In addition, overtime is always charged on a pro-rata basis. Overtime is calculated by dividing the location fee by a standard booking duration of ten (10) hours per day and applying that rate to the excess hours, together with a flat twenty percent (20%) Client Fee.

2. Member Fees

Location owners (referred to as members) are responsible for paying a Member Fee to PLUSH74 for each successful booking made through the platform. The Member Fee ranges from 10 to 30% of the booking total, excluding incidentals, any applicable taxes, or additional charges. This fee compensates PLUSH74 for running and maintaining the online platform, facilitating transactions, connecting members with potential clients, online marketing (SEO, newsletters, industry-specific platforms, social media, etc.), and providing ongoing support.

For event location bookings or event requests, the standard Member Fee is set to 10%, yet is still subject to the scope of the event.

3. Applicability and Exceptions

This fee structure applies to bookings made through PLUSH74. However, in some cases, exceptions or custom fee arrangements may be negotiated between PLUSH74, members, and clients. Any changes to the standard fee structure will be communicated and agreed upon before confirming a booking.

4. Fee Payment and Deductions

PLUSH74 bills the client directly for the location rental and applicable Client Fee. The process works as follows:

• Upon confirmation of a booking, PLUSH74 charges the client the rental price as agreed between Member and Client (or between Plush74 staff and client) by invoice, requesting full pre-payment until three days prior to production start.
• PLUSH74 pays the location rental fee to the member on the first day of production (subject to full receipt of payment from the client), minus the applicable Member Fee.
• Members must submit a valid invoice for the rental fee in order to receive payment.
• In the case of event requests, locations usually invoice the client directly. Plush74 will then invoice the location for the Member Fee.

The Member Fee and Client Fee (if applicable) are calculated separately. The Member Fee is deducted from the total booking amount, while any Client Fee (if applicable) is charged on top of the booking price.

5. Location Listing Admin Fee 

Before a location can be published on PLUSH74, approved members are required to pay a one-time sign-up fee of seventy-four euros (€74), including 19% German VAT. This administrative fee covers the initial setup, verification, and optimization of the member’s listing within the Plush74 platform. The fee is non-refundable and applies only once per member account.

6. Fee Adjustments and Refunds

If a booking is modified, canceled, or refunded, adjustments to the Client Fee and Member Fee may be required. In cases where a client cancels within the eligible refund period, the Client Fee will be recalculated based on the adjusted booking amount. Likewise, if a member modifies or cancels a booking, the Member Fee will be adjusted accordingly. Refunds or fee changes will be processed in a timely manner.

7. Fee Structure Modifications

PLUSH74 reserves the right to modify the fee structure as needed. Any changes will take effect after proper notification to clients and members. Notifications regarding fee updates will be sent via email or through the platform’s notification system. Continued use of the PLUSH74 platform after a fee update constitutes acceptance of the revised fee structure.

8. Legal Compliance and Taxes

Clients and members are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to payments and fees. PLUSH74 does not assume responsibility for taxes, duties, or other charges imposed on the Client Fee or Member Fee by any jurisdiction. Clients and members should consult their own tax advisors for guidance.

9. Agreement to the Fee Structure

By using PLUSH74, clients and members agree to the fee structure as outlined above. Depending on the booking type and channel, Clients accept a potentially applicable Client Fee, while Members accept the withholding of 20% Member Fee upon payout.

Booking and listing a location on PLUSH74 implies acknowledgment and agreement to these terms.

10. Updates and Notifications

PLUSH74 may revise the fee structure periodically to align with operational needs. Clients and members will be notified of changes via email or platform notifications. It is their responsibility to stay informed about the latest fee structure. Continued use of PLUSH74 after a modification indicates acceptance of the updated fees.

11. Severability

If any part of this fee structure is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The invalidity of any clause does not impact the validity of other provisions.
