Bienvenido a nuestros 3 estudios de cine y fotografía combinados: Infinity Cove, Daylight e Industrial Lounge.
Con un total de 2.500 pies cuadrados y todos ellos en la planta baja, cada uno de nuestros estudios ofrece versatilidad para una amplia gama de proyectos.
El Estudio Uno tiene una cala infinita de 6m x 6m x 3m, el Estudio Dos tiene luz natural y se puede utilizar como sala independiente de estilismo y maquillaje y, por último, nuestro salón/cocina es una sala verde perfecta o se puede utilizar como zona de talentos, zona de revisión de tomas o zona de estilismo independiente.
El Estudio Uno tiene acceso directo a la zona de rodaje a través de una persiana enrollable y una cala infinita blanca de 6 m x 6 m x 3 m con la opción de oscurecimiento y pantalla verde. Podemos proporcionarle escenografía, atrezzo, zócalos, alquiler de equipos y mucho más.
El Estudio Dos es nuestro estudio con luz natural. Combinado con el Estudio Uno, se convierte en una zona de estilismo perfecta y separada que cuenta con una unidad móvil de maquillaje con iluminación Hollywood.
Nuestro moderno y extravagante Lounge es un espacio de descanso o sala verde ideal, pero también ha sido utilizado como zona de rodaje por equipos de noticias, documentalistas y otros. Cuenta con una pequeña cocina, una gran mesa de reuniones móvil con plantas colgantes y festones y una práctica unidad móvil de lavado de peluquería.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
