La Eternithaus de Paul Baumgarten'en el Hansaviertel de Berlín, se construyó en 1957 con motivo de la Exposición Internacional de la Construcción (Internationale Bauausstellung).
La Eternithaus fue una de las propuestas más insólitas e interesantes de nuevas formas de vivienda. Baumgarten pensó que sería inapropiado construir 7 casas adosadas con jardines privados tan cerca del Tiergarten, así que como alternativa creó una estructura alargada, parecida a un barco, con enormes ventanas de cristal flotando sobre la planta baja, completándola con pasarelas, barandillas y habitáculos parecidos a camarotes.
La Eternithaus mide 55 m de largo y alberga 7 apartamentos dúplex de 96 m2 cada uno, ocultos a la vista por árboles y arbustos.
Por su proximidad al Tiergarten y por ser un edificio de mediados de siglo con tres capas transparentes, el Eternithaus es ideal para todo tipo de extravagantes sesiones fotográficas y producciones cinematográficas.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
