Two levels, indoor and open-air, in one booking: a 160 m² daylight loft floor and the 160 m² private rooftop terrace directly above it, on top of a contemporary glass corner building on the Spree waterfront in Berlin-Charlottenburg, set between historic red-brick industrial architecture.
The 4th floor is defined by an exposed board-marked coffered concrete ceiling, oak parquet and sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains on all sides, with a restrained palette of concrete, glass, brushed steel and muted green. It holds a custom green-tiled kitchen island with bar seating, a curved moss-green lounge sofa, a glass-walled meeting room and an open work area — a natural flow from arrival and welcome drinks through working sessions to dinner and drinks.
The rooftop terrace is one short flight of stairs above: an open concrete deck with an unobstructed 360° panorama over the West Berlin skyline on one side and red-tiled Altbau roofs and copper church spires on the other. Lounge furniture, bistro high tables and a gas grill can stay or be cleared entirely.
The combination is the point: guests move freely between a covered, climate-controlled floor and open sky without leaving the building and the terrace never becomes a single point of failure if the weather turns.
Ideal for: corporate events and offsites, workshops and strategy days, summer parties and BBQs, receptions and sundowners, seated dinners, product launches and brand activations, yoga and movement classes, panel talks and podcast recordings, fashion and advertising productions needing an indoor and an outdoor set on the same day.

Winter bookings (Nov–Mar): the terrace is fully exposed. Patio heaters and parasols are available, but we recommend planning the indoor floor as your main space and the terrace as a break-out and smoking area.
Included: furniture setup or full clearance on request, kitchen use, professional coffee machine, WiFi, screen and presentation setup, restrooms on the floor, gas grill, on-site location manager.

Infrastructure & access: elevator to the 4th floor (step-free); the terrace is reached via 10 stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Power outlets throughout, load-in via the cobblestone courtyard, street parking.
