The architecture is conceived as a sequence of spatial discoveries rather than a fixed composition: a terrain of thresholds, courtyards, and framed views that reveal themselves gradually as one moves through the site.
Local stone merges the built fabric with the earth, while exposed concrete articulates structure and precision. Occasional plaster surfaces create subtle tonal shifts that delineate programmatic zones without breaking unity.
Le Flâneur is composed of four distinct buildings, all connected by charming stone pathways that wind through a beautifully landscaped garden: the Main House, the Guest House, an Independent Suite, and the Pool House.
The Main House features a spacious master bedroom along with two additional bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and access to their own private patio gardens, offering both comfort and privacy. The interiors are designed for both relaxation and entertaining, with a generous living and dining area connected to an impressive 8-meter kitchen that faces the sea. Outdoors, a backyard veranda provides a shaded retreat, while the open terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunset views.
The Guest House includes two en-suite rooms, each with a private entrance, as well as a self-contained apartment complete with a kitchen and private patio — ideal for extended stays or visiting family. The Independent Suite, situated just in front of the pétanque court, provides a peaceful retreat with its own private patio, perfect for relaxing after a game or enjoying the quiet of the garden.
All units are thoughtfully connected to the Pool House, which features a stunning 15 x 4-meter swimming pool, a fully equipped open-air kitchen, and a generous dining area — perfect for entertaining and enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle in comfort and style.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
