Unser Garten soll eine Oase der Entspannung inmitten der Natur werden, eine einzigartige Atmosphäre bieten und vor allem eine Quelle für Produkte sein, die auf Ihren Tisch kommen. Wir legen großen Wert auf unseren biologisch bewirtschafteten Obstgarten, so dass die Qualität der lokalen Produkte km0 zu unseren Gerichten. Immer unter Berücksichtigung der Insel wertvollen Ressourcen, haben wir für nachhaltige und Einweg-Bio-Servietten und Tischdecken Vermeidung ihrer Wäsche und damit das ganze Wasser zu sparen, um ausschließlich für unseren Boden zu pflegen entschieden. Der international anerkannte Kreativdirektor des Restaurants, Manu Crotti, wollte mit der Energie der Farben und der Kraft der Natur eine "natürliche Pop"-Stimmung erzeugen, um unsere eigene Synthese von Ibiza zu vermitteln. Unser Ziel ist es, durch Kunst, Natur, hochwertige Produkte, die von unserem erfahrenen Küchenchef meisterhaft verarbeitet werden, und den freundlichen Service unseres Personals ein köstliches Esserlebnis zu bieten und ein Treffpunkt für Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen und Nationalitäten zu werden, die unsere Insel bevölkern und besuchen.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
