Das neobarocke Haupttelegrafenamt aus dem Jahr 1916 wurde in den letzten 10 Jahren entstaubt und zu neuem Leben erweckt. Das Ergebnis ist ein Boutique-Hotel mit 97 Zimmern, Restaurant, Bar und zwei Veranstaltungsräumen.
Der multifunktionale Veranstaltungsraum mit vollverglastem Dach gibt den Blick frei auf den Himmel über Berlin und schafft eine einzigartige Lichtstimmung und Atmosphäre. Offene Stahlträger und Backsteinwände sowie edles Eichenparkett und seine Nebenräume bieten den perfekten Rahmen für Veranstaltungen und Produktionen aller Art, bieten Platz für 300 Personen und fassen bis zu 1000 Gäste.
Letzterer bietet mit seinen großen, raumhohen Fenstern, denkmalgeschützten Backsteinmauern und Vordächern einen ebenso idealen Rahmen für bis zu 250 Personen.
Die lichtdurchfluteten Maisonette-Wohnungen mit raumhohen Fenstern stehen auch für Fotoshootings und Filmproduktionen zur Verfügung. Mit 97 Zimmern in 7 Kategorien von 21 bis 140 m2 und einem einzigartigen Blick auf den Monbijoupark, den Fernsehturm und das Rote Rathaus.
Die Architekten und Innenarchitekten haben mehrere Designpreise gewonnen. Inspiriert von einer über hundertjährigen Geschichte finden sich sowohl in den Hotelzimmern als auch im übrigen Gebäude Designelemente aus den 1920er bis 1970er Jahren.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
