A contemporary glass corner building on the Spree waterfront in Berlin-Charlottenburg, set between historic red-brick industrial architecture. Four floors of column-free, light-flooded space , topped by a private rooftop terrace with panoramic views over West Berlin.

The interior is defined by an exposed board-marked coffered concrete ceiling running through every floor, oak parquet, sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains and a restrained material palette of concrete, glass, brushed steel and muted green. Highlights include in the 4th floor a custom green-tiled kitchen island with bar seating, a curved moss-green lounge sofa, a glass-walled meeting room and an open workspace with designer furniture.

Rooftop terrace: Open-air, approx. 160 m², 360° skyline views, furniture removable for a clean set
4th floor: Open lounge, design kitchen with island, separate meeting room, open work area
Additional floors: approx. 160 m² each, on request, subject to availability, separate meeting rooms on each floor
Combined: up to 640 m² across four floors plus 160 m² rooftop, bookable as a full-building event-location

Suitable for: corporate events, workshops, yoga and sport classes, Christmas parties, fashion & advertising campaigns, commercials, editorial, corporate film, interviews & podcasts, product and still-life shoots, brand events and launches.

Infrastructure: elevator to 4th floor (rooftop via 10 steps, no elevator), power outlets throughout, WiFi, restrooms and kitchen on the 4th floor, street parking and load-in in the courtyard.

On-site production support: the location is operated by a Berlin video production company. Local crew, grip, additional lighting and production support can be booked directly through us.
