Die großzügige Wohnfläche umfasst 3 informelle Empfangsräume, sowie ein Pilates-Studio, TV-Höhle / Spielzimmer, große Utility-Bereich und Büro. Es gibt reichlich Parkplätze für ca. 10 Autos in der Kiesauffahrt versteckt aus dem Blick durch reife Bepflanzung.
Die beneidenswerte Küche, das Frühstückszimmer und das Familienzimmer öffnen sich durch riesige hölzerne Flügeltüren zu einer 250 Quadratmeter großen Terrasse mit eingelassener Bepflanzung und dann zu einem farbenfrohen, nach Süden ausgerichteten Garten mit Blick auf Bäume und Himmel. Die Küche ist mit modernen Schränken in Holzoptik, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und integrierten Miele-Geräten der Spitzenklasse ausgestattet. Der informelle Salon verfügt über einen modernen Kalksteinkamin, der durch einen breiten Holzfußboden mit eingelassenen, beleuchteten Bücherregalen ergänzt wird, die auf die hintere Terrasse führen. Die Terrasse selbst hat ein riesiges "C"-förmiges Sofa, das 12 Personen bequem Platz bietet, und einen Esstisch für 12 Personen.
Das Haus verfügt über ein verbessertes WiFi und eine Klimaanlage im ersten Stock. Es gibt intelligente Beleuchtung und Fußbodenheizung in der Küche, im Essbereich und im Hauswirtschaftsraum.
Es gibt einen umweltfreundlichen, mit Luft beheizten Swimmingpool mit Unterwasserbeleuchtung und elektrischer Abdeckung, der kinderfreundlich ist und betreten werden kann. Der Poolbereich hat einen großen Sitz- und Aussichtsbereich in der Mitte des Gartens.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
