This T-shaped timeless purist concrete cube is located on the edge of an industrial park in the South of Germany. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and a cut out terrace on the top floor that holds the shape of a pincer. Open through the middle, it allows for lots of light to penetrate the apartment.
Built in 2014, the 2 story building has a progressive architectural design. On the first floor, a factory workshop and plenty of room for storage, equipment and base for styling and make up. The interior areas are made of exposed concrete and black natural slate and hold a minimalistic look.
