resources, by using waste heat recovery for our production, and by renouncing disposables and

packaged foods.

Our very close collaboration with the national platform foodsharing.de helps us to manage any

overproduction of food and to save it from being wasted.

each one with his or her own skills but always part of a strong team – will shepherd your company,

Since 2001, Steffen Fellinghauer acts as the creative and always active brain behind

AL DENTE CATERING. He manages a precise balance between professional services and a

pesonalized approach, while never losing sight of his strong passion for cooking and fresh products.

Moritz Müller perfectly completes the AL DENTE CATERING executive board as shareholder

and operations manager since 2007. He is a trained chef and a fully qualified graduate

of the hotel and restaurant business.
