This happy, colorful bungalow was built in 1969 and then fully renovated by their new owners in 2020. While staying true to the late 60s style in some details of the house, the focus was also to create a sustainable living space with a healthy air climate. The bungalow is located in the beautiful Villenviertel of Bergedorf, Hamburg. The garden is 770sqm and fully enclosed by trees and plants. The large terrace is facing South, while the smaller terrace is facing North. Besides an open living, eating, and kitchen area, the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A small little Gartenlaube (garden hut) is furnished as an office.
