located near the town of Noto in south-eastern Sicily, offers great far-reaching views over the hilly surroundings to the sea five kilometers away. It practically grows out of a terraced hillside and also integrates with its surroundings thanks to its ocher nuances of colour. The house consists of three stacked cubes. Due to the staggered arrangement with projections and recesses, there are various outdoor seats - covered areas with shade and box seats in the sun.
The lowest level, which houses the living, dining and kitchen areas, is built into the hillside and therefore has a slightly cavernous feel to the rear. The room opens up to the front and side with a magnificent view and offers access to the spacious terrace with a 14-meter pool. The middle cube is the entrance level with a car parking space integrated into the slope. On this floor there is another living area and a bedroom. The third cube includes two more bedrooms. All levels are connected by an open staircase with an airy steel staircase.
