Hidden in a forest and residential area, the old tree nursery was built shortly before the fall of the Berlin Wall.
Several sections of the premises have undergone restoration, including the offices, communal areas, and lounge spaces within the hall. What particularly catches the eye is the expansive and brilliantly illuminated kitchen-lounge-atrium, boasting lofty ceilings of about 5m high. (Which can also be seen from some rooms on the upper floor).
The interior portion of the building, which the mentioned rooms, occupies roughly one-third of the halls total area and offers a diverse range of potential settings. From cozy domestic photo shoots to contemporary, artistic workspaces. Adjacent to the hall, you'll also find five captivating yet weathered greenhouses.
