  • A former Fisherman House in the Ortigia Island, the historical city center of Syracuse. With its original atmosphere kept, the house has been renewed with sophisticated simplicity and combining traditional materials with a contemporary style.

    Concrete and ceramic tiles, local limestone, architectural hand made coloured details come together in a bright soft light filled house with the breeze from the sea that is just in front. All the windows are blue painted as the typical Mediterranean Island Houses

    The Apartment A has a living room with a Kitchen island and is facing an intimate cosy typical Sicilian courtyard.
    The night zone has a bedroom with an alcove bed and a giant "arabescato" Carrara marble slab divides the space from the bathroom with a shower.

    You will have access to an amazing bright white big terrace with a spectacular wide sea view and paved with local lime stone.
    The Terrace has the size of a small plaza and has the same atmosphere of a typical "piazzetta" facing the sea.
