This studio has a 269 sqm with 4.5m high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It's situated on the ground floor with a large entrance gate for easy studio access, which is certainly a dream for producers!

On a daily basis, the studio is used as a set design atelier. Equipped with curious props, selected furniture, building materials and other special elements making it stand out as a unique location. Upon request it's possible to adapt and create tailor-made sets according to your needs and requirements, providing a seamless and creative production experience.

Being just over a half hour drive from Berlin, the space can be used both as a location for a wide range of projects or, a regular photo studio.
