Whether for focused work, impressive presentations, or creative film and photo shoots, this state-of-the-art venue, with a total of 2,500 square meters of open event space, offers excellent conditions right in the vibrant district.

The Building consists of three buildings where creatives, start-ups, and emerging companies come together in office and co-working spaces. The conference spaces and flexible event spaces are available for booking.

Depending on the occasion, the entire building with its open event areas, outdoor spaces, dining areas, and the innovative iTrack exhibition space can be utilized.

For business events, a total of 22 conference spaces are available. There are suitable areas for both small groups and events with up to 1,500 people.

The latest presentation technology, including Poly-Bar at the screens and touch screens, as well as attractive packages with catering options, complete the offering for a perfect stay at the venue.

Thanks to its proximity to the Ostbahnhof, the venue boasts excellent connectivity and a wealth of dining, cultural, leisure, retail, and hospitality options. For a convenient arrival by car, several parking spaces are available in the building's underground garage.
