This distinctive 16th-century Engadin house originally belonged to the Mengiardi family. In the first half of the 20th century, the siblings moved to Florence and redesigned it with Italian style elements. Enlarged windows, a lacquered Swiss stone pine parlour and a large terrace make it unique. In 2023, it was gently renovated and equipped with a geothermal heating system that provides pleasant warmth all year round.
Additional rooms, if needed, can be added in the attic, and an adjoining stable can also be converted (building permit available). This would allow for a significant increase in living space or the creation of additional residential units.
