The “Athens Conservatoire” (greek: Odeion Athinon) is the oldest educational institution for the performing arts in modern Greece, founded as a non-profit organization in 1871.
The Athens Conservatoire is housed in the iconic building designed by the famous architect Ioannis Despotopoulos. It is located right in the heart of downtown Athens, in close proximity with the Presidential Mansion, the Aristotle’s Lyceum, the Byzantine Museum and the Greek Parliament.
It is easily accessible by public transport and by car, with several parking spaces nearby.
The “Athens Conservatoire Art Centre” complex, comprises several venues, each with a particular and distinctive aesthetic value and architectural identity, which can host cultural, corporate and social events, as well as conferences and conventions.
