Steeped in history, this stunning villa in East Berlin was built in 1910 by the architect R. Lotts for the mechanical engineering manufacturer Richard Heike. From 2015 to 2019, the building was renovated by the architect Christof Schubert. Protected as an individual architectural monument, this captivating space still bears the visible traces of its eventful history, as the renovation concept deliberately envisaged leaving damage, changes and signs of wear and tear visible.
Today, this iconic villa mainly houses artists' studios, an exhibition hall, workshops and offices. The venue's expansive layout, highlighted by elegant columns and large windows, creates a truly unique setting for creative projects including film and photo shoots, as well as private events.
